Voucher supplier guide

How to get voucher codes to sell on Voyage: apply to each supplier below, they send you codes, and you add them on your admin page. Every paid flight booking then gets a code automatically.

LOUNGE PASSES

Lounge companies sell access in bulk to travel websites. Two routes: an affiliate link (free, they handle payment, you earn commission) or buying passes wholesale so you can resell them at your own price.

Tip: Start with the affiliate programme — it costs nothing and needs no stock. Switch to wholesale passes later once bookings grow.

FAST TRACK SECURITY

Fast track is run by each airport itself — there is no single company. Contact the airport's commercial or 'premium services' team and ask to resell their fast track passes. Airports already allow third-party partners (for example Manchester, Stansted and East Midlands publish third-party fast track terms), so this is a normal request.

Tip: Buy codes per airport, not worldwide — each airport issues its own passes. Put the airport list in the 'Airports' field on your admin page.

FOOD & DRINK VOUCHERS

Airport restaurants and cafés are mostly run by a few big operators. Contact the operator that runs the restaurants at your travellers' airports and ask to buy meal vouchers in bulk.

  • SSP Group (food travel experts) ↗

Operates in ~40 countries. Use their contact form and ask about voucher partnerships.

  • HMSHost ↗

Largest airport restaurant operator in North America; also runs outlets in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

  • Areas ↗

Big food & beverage operator at airports in Spain, France, the US and Latin America.

Tip: A simple meal voucher (a fixed £ amount to spend) is the easiest for a supplier to say yes to — ask for that first.

DUTY-FREE VOUCHERS

Duty-free shops at airports are run by travel retail giants. Email their business teams — for the UK that's World Duty Free; worldwide, Heinemann and Lagardère run many airport shops.

  • World Duty Free (UK airports) ↗

Customer services: customerservices.uk@wdfg.com, +44 (0)1784 475509. Ask them to forward you to their commercial/partnerships team.

  • Gebr. Heinemann ↗

Actively open to new partnerships — email BusinessDevelopment@gebr-heinemann.de directly.

  • Lagardère Travel Retail ↗

Operates duty free in Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America and the Middle East — use their contact page.

Tip: Duty-free companies move slowest. Start with lounges or fast track — those deals usually come together in weeks, not months.

WHAT THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR

  • Your name, email and phone number.
  • Your business name and website address (find-my-ride-co.lovable.app, or usparkle.app once connected).
  • What your website does — say: "a flight and travel booking website; I want to sell your [lounges / fast track / vouchers] to my customers."
  • Roughly how many bookings or passes per month you expect — be honest, even a small number like "10–50 a month to start".
  • Which airports or countries you want to cover.
  • Whether you want an affiliate link (free, they handle everything) or to buy codes in bulk at a discount to resell.
  • For bulk buying: payment details and sometimes your company registration number.

A short email works. Example: "Hi, I run Voyage, a travel booking website. I'd like to buy your fast track passes in bulk to resell to my customers — around 20–50 a month to start. Could you send prices and terms?"

WHEN THEY SAY YES

  1. Open your admin page and add the supplier: type, name, airports, terms and how to use it at the airport.
  2. Paste the codes they sent you (or upload the file they gave you).
  3. Tell me the supplier's name and I'll connect the booking page to it.
  4. From then on, every paid flight booking gets a code automatically, shown in My trips.
